This experience in BtoC and CtoC represents the beginnings of her future interest and passion for logistics. Laure notices weak signals that will trigger the creation of Waresito: companies regularly call her to inquire if storage spaces, even those owned by individuals, are available to store overflow, buffer, or dormant merchandise. E-commerce is booming, and there is a need to find backup solutions that are quick and flexible, as warehouses are overflowing and order books fluctuate in more or less predictable ways.

The Covid crisis highlights the fragility of supply chains that are too rigid and not resilient enough to withstand major disruptions (and all the subsequent crises, shortages, wars, etc.). Waresito is born to address a key issue: to help companies build a more flexible and agile supply chain, creating a new paradigm: transforming logistics so that it is no longer a cost center for the business but becomes a profit center. We have thus shaken up some standards to create a 100% flexible, no-commitment service offering that allows each company to adjust its logistics capacities based on the fluctuations of its activity. This is made possible thanks to our unique network of over 1500 logistics and transport experts covering the entire territory, enabling us to build tailor-made and agile solutions for any sector of activity, everywhere in France. The supply chain becomes a real-time adjustable variable, allowing decision-makers to better control their costs.

Quickly, we understand that data is one of the keys to the success of our project. Our clients need to manage their inventories, order entries, inventories, etc., in the warehouses of our network as easily as in their own warehouses. Logistics outsourcing becomes part of the overall strategy of companies and must be managed simply to function properly. We therefore launch in 2022 our application for real-time inventory management, to manage operations with a few clicks through an intuitive interface. The operational contribution is major for our clients: 98% of operational errors are avoided thanks to Waresito.

We want to go even further in the operational efficiency we bring to our clients and our network. We want to automate data flows between different tools to create a perfectly connected ecosystem, where data flows are optimized. We develop our first plug-and-play connectors with leading market WMS, TMS, ERP, and CMS systems. This allows our clients and our logistics partners to reduce by more than 30% the time spent on low-value-added tasks (such as double entries) to focus on more complex logistical tasks

We will become a transport broker by the end of 2023, which allows us to manage both upstream and downstream flows for our clients and to offer a complete solution starting in January 2024. These are end-to-end solutions that our clients can access, involving courier services and/or chartering to deliver products to end customers or shuttle services to manage internal flows and optimize supply to Waresito warehouses.
